Terms and conditions for vouchers

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of vouchers in the online shop motorrad-shop-schweiz.ch. The contracting party is MX-Academy AG, Hauptstrasse 8, 8252 Schlatt TG.

2. Service

The voucher amount is credited towards the booking of an MX-Academy course. The course vouchers in the shop are recommendations for the respective course; any voucher can also be used to book a different course, with any additional amount paid at the time of booking. Cash payment is excluded.

3. Delivery

Once payment has been received, the voucher is sent as a PDF to the e-mail address provided. If a dedication («Gift from» / «For») is entered, it is printed on the voucher.

4. Validity

The voucher is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the voucher. After expiry, the voucher lapses without any right to compensation.

5. Redemption

Course dates are booked exclusively online at www.mx-academy.ch by entering the voucher code. Bookings by phone or in writing are not possible. Dates are allocated subject to availability; there is no entitlement to a specific date. Each voucher code can be redeemed once.

6. Transferability

The voucher is transferable. It can be redeemed by the person who enters the code when booking.

7. Course

Participation is subject to the course conditions of the MX-Academy at www.mx-academy.ch. If the MX-Academy cancels a course, for example due to the weather, the voucher remains valid for a replacement date.

8. No right of return

Purchased vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Loss

If the e-mail is lost, the voucher will be sent again on request. There is no replacement for a code that has already been redeemed.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Schlatt TG, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers.

This English version is a translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.
